Spur gear and tension sprocket come with needle roller bearings for superb part life and smoothness of operation.
Sprockets slide on the shaft so do not require bearings. They do not need grub screws either - as per the original design.
Designed and 3D printed for superb strength and durability. They are probably as strong, if not stronger, than the original parts.
Hours and hours went into the design and testing of these parts to be functional yet easy to print and assemble. The red and yellow item was another test item.
You will still need your 2 washers (thick and thin) and the circlip to fit the spur gear, this original hardware is not included so don't lose them when dissassembling!
