Step-by-Step Fitting Instructions

1. Trim Damaged Plastic: Using a fine saw blade, saw straight down keeping as close to the side as possible on both sides of the damaged cup holder hinge.
2. File Flush: Clean up remaining plastic around the central shaft axis using a small file. This forms the flat seating face for your replacement hinge.
3. Dry Fit Check: Test fit the replacement hinge onto the shaft axis (without the spring). File away additional plastic until the hinge rotates smoothly with zero resistance.
4. Bond in Place: Apply a thin, even layer of epoxy adhesive (recommended for a clean finish) or CA superglue to the mating face and hold the new hinge mount in position until cured.
5. Reassemble: Once fully cured, refit your original springs, reassemble the cup holder mechanism, and reinstall into your dash.

⚠️ Please Note: Adhesive (epoxy/superglue), springs, and the main cup holder tray assembly are NOT included. Basic prep work (sawing/filing) is required for installation.
