RAK Spool

The RAK spool enables you to easily remove the pump from your central heating system and bypass it by replacing with this 3D printed and treated tube of 130mm long.
It has 1.5" BSP thread at each end the same as your pump.
This part is a long print, it then needs a special plastic bond coating on the inside to fill any micro holes that may be there from the printing process. That then needs curing in an oven for 12h and then the ends need lapping to achieve a good enough finish for the rubber to seal on your gate valves. Not the simplest of items in my portfolio!!
Because of this process though and due to the good finish on the end faces, the nut only needs to be hand tight. Do not use a spanner to tighten these nuts.
I have CYAN or RED at the moment. The beige in the photos are the test prints. If you require any other colour (perhaps to match your other RAK kit) let me know and I'll see what I can do. Please message me before ordering though!

This radiator bleed key adapter is designed for bleeding radiators during maintenance.

This is an adapter for holding the small, brass 5.4mm square radiator bleed keys.
These are well known for being a pain to turn as the arms on the keys are not very long and also very small.
Note, the non-magnetic key does not come with the metal keyring loop.
I wrap this key in a 3D printed plastic to make it feel soooo much better.
Available in yellow or whatever I have running on the machines at the time. If you need a specific/different colour, get in touch.
This comes with the brass key wrapped in plastic as in the photo.
